FieldNexa is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldNexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
